Sunset Fail

For some reason, this afternoon I had the urge to take a sunset image, there is this spot on a hill near my house which s always a good place to watch the sun setting. However this turned out to be a fail, i thought because of the rain and su today the sunset would be breathtaking, but i was wrong…

I just about got this image but this is with quite a bit of editing.

But on the way back i did try and get some interesting images, by making my shutter speed slightly longer, and just taking images as i walked.

not great images, but nice textures, and a simple yet effective idea.
